Our group is composed of 18 permanent
staff in four teams. The
work of these groups follows 3 themes:
The first concerns catalysis and synthesis
based on sustainable chemistry principles.
The second, our activities in heterocyclic
organic chemistry.
The third targets supramolecular chemistry
and nanochemistry.
Our scientific approach falls not only into areas of major national (ANR
NANO, CP2D) and regional interest (DIM green chemistry and eco-materials),
but also into the main axes of development of the UVSQ, of PRES UniverSud
Paris (nanoscience themes, catalysis and chirality and also green chemistry
and sustainability) and of the Campus du plateau de Saclay.
The group are concerned as much with synthesis as they are the understanding
of reactions, with particular emphasis on developing new synthetic tools,
and on activation of chemical processes by various catalytic strategies.
