Prevention Action

On June 5th 2024, 26 members of ILV laboratory were trained in handling fire extinguishers. After a reminder on the causes of a fire, they reviewed how to give the alert. The trainees also received theoretical input on the operation and classes of fire extinguishers. Under the supervision of the trainer, they extinguished a real fire by using a water spray extinguisher or a fire blanket.

This training is a success and ILV is already planning to repeat this action next year.
