Damien Aureau, laureate of an EMERGENCE@INC 2020 project (MATUMBA project: Ultrathin Materials under Argon Bombardment). This is the third edition of the EMERGENCE call launched by the CNRS. The objective is to better support researchers recruited over the past 5 to 10 years by funding innovative projects in relation to the state of the art and current topics of the researcher

►The University of Versailles hosts the seventh "XPS Workshop" from June 5 to 7, 2019. For the first year, France will host this event on its territory and the choice fell on the UVSQ. Organized locally by Damien Aureau and Mathieu Frégnaux, this event is devoted to the physico-chemistry of materials and more particularly to the characterization of surfaces and interfaces. ► ILV participates in the YEAR OF CHEMISTRY from school to university. Wednesday, March 20, 2019 took place the day of CNRS training in science culture in chemistry for secondary school teachers.



► A new solid state NMR console is installed in October 2018 thanks in particular to the participation of DIM Respore and CNRS. the inauguration will take place on Monday, May 27, 2019 afternoon. To learn more, see the program.


Clément Falaise laureate of a Momentum project. Program launched in 2016 by the CNRS, Momentum allows young scientists who have defended their PhD thesis for less than eight years to develop an innovative and ambitious research project in a CNRS laboratory. In 2018, 20 projects were selected from a total of 383 eligible files.
